Center Hill Lake offers a broad spectrum of activities for you to enjoy – whether you’re seeking fun, relaxation, or rest.
• Water Sports
An active afternoon of water skiing, wake surfing, wakeboarding, or tubing.
• Cruising & Sightseeing
Cruise to Center Hill Dam, the bluffs around Edgar Evins State Park and the Hurricane Bridge peninsula.
• Swimming & Sunbathing
Drop anchor for a refreshing swim and some sunbathing on the boat’s deck or inflatable rafts.
• Barbecuing & Picnicking
Pack a picnic to enjoy on the boat, or cook something up with an onboard grill.
• Fishing
A peaceful day spent angling for smallmouth bass, walleye, crappie and white bass.

How does Nautical Boat Club – Center Hill / Cookeville work?
Members pay a one-time initiation fee and monthly dues for unlimited access to our fleet on Center Hill Lake, with guaranteed reservations, white-glove service and complimentary watersports equipment. We handle the cleaning, maintenance, storage and insurance.
How do I reserve a boat?
Members reserve online through our reservation portal, weeks ahead or the same day. Over 97% of reservation requests are fulfilled, and a confirmed reservation is guaranteed.
Do I need boating experience?
No. Training is unlimited and included at no extra cost. Our team provides a boat safety course and one-on-one instruction on the water, and stays with you until you feel fully confident.
Can I bring guests?
Yes. Bring as many guests as your reserved boat can safely carry, with no guest fees.
Can I boat year-round?
Yes. Center Hill / Cookeville is open year-round. Summer and off-season boating hours are listed under Hours on this page.
Nautical Boat Club has provided a great experience for our family - we don't have the worries or hassle of owning a boat (maintenance, storage, etc) and there are always boats available for us to reserve
