Superior Reviews

"We were on the fence about buying a boat for a long time. We did the math and factored in all of the extra expense, and more importantly, time involved with ownership...and the decision was easy. Now we have a fleet of different boats available, for any situation. Our family feels this was the best decision we've made in recent years. Larry, James, and Vince have been great. Very accomodating. The boats have been awesome...clean and well maintained. I couldn't ask for more! Rob N249"

"Being from freshwater lakes and rivers in Tennessee, it was a learning experience watching other boaters trying to load in currents and tidal changes. Glad I don't have to deal with that!! Making reservations has been easy and usually, I get the boat I want. Just show up, bring your refreshment, and load up. Boats are ready to go, and everyone has been great answering questions about each boat. I have tried each one at the Mt. Pleasant location and have a couple of favorites. Recently took visiting family out on a pontoon and had a blast cruising and tubing. Another good reason to join, as they have most of the water toys you need for a day on the water. My days as a boater owner are no more."

"Easy boating, the nicest people. I have owned a boat all my life. I sold my old flat bottom fishing boat to buy a more deep V boat with my wife in mind. We looked at $40,000 - $60,000 new boats, $20,000 trucks to pull them and $3,000/yr to store it. (Not to mention maintenance.) Then we thought about the time it takes. We have to get the boat ready, hook it to a truck, drive it to the “special gas” stations, then drive to water. Somehow back a 20+ foot boat into the water at a CRAZY public boat launch. Then, tie off the boat and find a place to park. When you finished boating, do all of that over again! (If you hurry and sweat, at least 2 hours wasted.) Oh, I forgot to mention while your hot and exhausted, cleaning the boat when your done. Don’t forget cleaning the trailer!"

"I have had an awesome experience with Nautical Boat Club. As a long-time boat owner, I have experienced the frustration and cost of boat ownership first hand. This is a way better deal! All of the boats are brand-new (or nearly brand new) and are always spotless. I have been a member for about 5 months, and I have always been able to take a boat out whenever I want! James and Larry do an awesome job, I would highly recommend to anyone interested in boating but not willing to deal with the headache of owning a boat in salt water!"

"These guys are great - very attentive and friendly. We deal with Larry and James and both are very patient and knowledgeable about the local waters and the boats. We are novice boaters so this makes us very comfortable. The boats are beautiful and so well maintained. Reservations are easy to make, and they are always there ready for your arrival. We love this club!"

"We were the very first to sign up with Nautical boat club. Larry and James have been excellent at showing us the boats and helping us in getting the most out of the boat club membership. The boats that they have are all two years or younger and they are a ton of fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to join a boat club."

"Our experience with Nautical Boat Club- Mount Pleasant since joining as a in May has been tremendous! Larry and James have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They are responsive, courteous, and simply very nice guys to be around. They have made our experience even better. The boats have been enjoyable, and availability has been a non-issue. Their location on the Wando provides immediate access to calm water for tubing, skiing, or just chilling. They have multiple price points and plans to meet your needs, including shared plans. Very glad we joined (vs. buying a boat!) So much more affordable."
